As far as weddings near Bath go, Orchardleigh House is like the Beyonce of wedding locations —stunning, timeless, and basically impossible to upstage.
A breathtaking 19th-century Victorian Country House set in a ridiculously picturesque estate just north of Frome, it’s the kind of place where you half expect to see a horse-drawn carriage and a butler named Geoffrey offering you a glass of something fancy. I am a little obsessed. Oh, and did I mention Libby made her own wedding cake!
Libby & Frankie clearly have excellent taste, picking this fairy-tale setting for their Winter wedding, the wedding was so epic it deserves its own Netflix series.
I first met Libby & Frankie 4 years ago when Libby was pregnant with now 3 Bolly. (Yes I do maternity as well), where they casually mentioned their venue had a castle for their wedding venue.. A CASTLE.
That’s when I knew this wedding was going to be special. They even arranged for me to stay overnight, which was a very smart move, because after seeing how much prosecco was involved in the bridal prep, I don’t think anyone was leaving sober.
Not many shoutouts as Libby did nearly everything herself, she is basically wonder woman.,
The amazing Libby & Frankie, you absolute legends—thank you for letting me be part of your incredible day. You fed me, gave me a bed for the night, and threw one heck of a party. If every wedding was like this, I’d never stop smiling (or eating cake).
