It’s not often I get a phone call from another photographer asking if I can photograph a wedding at the Lion Quays as she was stuck in the snow (who am I kidding, its never happened) A beautiful winter wedding at the Lion Quays, how could I say no. Lion Quays Wedding Photographer to the rescue.
Louise and Michael were ever so grateful that someone turned up, and their family welcomed me with open arms. To say Louise look beautiful was an understatement, her gorgeous blush dress was absolutely stunning. Most guests couldn’t make it, the snow was so heavy. Lucky I lived close by and 4×4 got me there in one piece, and the venue covered in snow was a sight to behold. My mind was going crazy with all the amazing photo ideas I had.
The snow didn’t put a damper on the bride and groom, they were up for anything outside, and we got the beautiful dream come true images. It was so cold outside, I couldn’t feel my fingers, but I was determined to get the best photos possible for Mike and Louise.
